I'm a South African and can only play on servers with 160-180ms ping, and the laning phase is horrible, No matter what I do, I will always get denied and can't win the souls battle, Ive gone to the training range and the lowest I could get about 160ms, but it seems that everyone else I play against can just do it faster, I have played with friends from the same region and they also have this issue, My friend in England does not have this issue. And I really think this needs to be addressed, because the laning phase is horrid. I don't think this is a bug, but it seems like its the only play for me to put this.
