Tier 3 Damage item
tl;dr : Reduces base damage to 90% but as long as you keep hitting shots, base damage ramps up to a cap of 120% with a duration of 6s, refreshable.
Stats :
-10% base weapon damage
+20% ammo
+10% fire rate
Passive:
Increase base weapon damage by 5% with each consecutive hit, up to 30%. Resets when a shot is missed or after 6 seconds without firing.
My idea was to implement an item that could reward skilled players without putting too much pressure on newer players against the item. The item could be a Tier 4 with according stats. The item in that form would work well with any type of weapon as an smg (like Wraith's) or a Pistol (like Lady Geist's) could benefit from it. The ammo is there to help lower ammunition heroes to be able to benefit from it before the end of their magazine while the fire rate is there to put a little spice on the challenge.
I'm open to remarks and/or possible changes, as this is my first contribution.
