I had played a match previous to the most recent update for Deadlock and my ping was up to 72 ping and higher. My matches before have had relatively good latency, going from 33 ping or so and above. So I don't understand what the problem is now. Am I just connecting to servers out of my reach? My internet is by no means the best, but I would assume it would be running okay.
