Hideout still active in matches

this would also explain why my mod is broken in the way it is, as it also appears that panorama and custom js scripts persist throughout the 2 lobbies which results in timers breaking badly (or anything else that uses things that depend on games resetting elements), if you could seperate the 2 it would fix more than just a lag issue, thank you :steamhappy:
 
Same, had this happen on tuesday and the people playing with me in VC also noticed it.
Sometimes when I'm in fights or shooting, I get a notification that I've eliminated Seven's bot. Apparently the Hideout stays active in matches, and that could be part of the poor performance introduced by this update.
