I never had framerate issues previously and with many people reporting much improved framerates with the new optimization, I wanted to point out that my hardware combo is suffering tremendously from issues with FR.
Previously I was getting upper 160s most of the time with drops into the 100's at worst. Now I get in the 140s and heavy fights are going down into 70s and it's a bad 70 with stuttering, slowdown, and other horrible performance.
Can you look at this configuration or similar and see if there are bugs? Not sure if AMD is bad across the board but it was smooth previously and the last few patches have made it not fun.
