i am imagining a little fairy or pixie that flies by your head that enemies can see. the little fella will warn you audibly or with visual indication that there is an enemy invisible in a radius around you. inspired by the wraith voices from apex legends

Well we do need an anti-stealth item since currently we have exactly zero.
It also sounds like a fun idea.
