Heroic Aura is a good item in isolation, but doesn't fit most heroes' build as most attack items are already necessary and reserved; it's usually picked with McGinnis or Calico.

Despite the nerfs a lot of players are still grabbing monster rounds, and Heroic Aura does somewhat support that similar role. I recommend making Monster Rounds a component of Heroic Aura, but also changing some aspects of it.

Change:

Monster Rounds is now a component of Heroic Aura

Heroic Aura:
Reduce all Damage taken from enemy Troopers, Jungle Minions, Guardians, Walkers, enemy NPCs, and Patron for 30% for wearer.
Increase bullet lifesteal by 10%
increase Bullet Resist by 15%
Increase HP by 150
Passive: Increase all Damage to enemy Troopers, Jungle Minions, Guardians, Walkers, Shrines, and Patron by 30% for all nearby allies (including player's npcs) (30m).

Active: Increase Movement Speed by 3m/s and Fire Rate by 25% for 6s for all nearby allies (30m). 20s CD.

What was changed-

Current Heroic Aura has baseline 18% bullet lifesteal and +1m/s to movespeed, also Monster Rounds has +1 regen.

1.The regen is dropped because this adds conflicting heals factor (hps vs life steal - so far it appears we are doing one or the other).

2. Move speed moved to the active because many of Deadlocks items are reducing move speed, so in this way it makes the active much more impactful/competes better against other items like fleetfoot, hex, etc.

3.The lifesteal is reduced because the increase fire rate made the mitigation either useless(weren't taking damage so why have lifesteal) or very powerful (you could heal through a lot the damage you were taking). By reducing the bullet lifesteal but adding bullet resist means you have more consistent bullet mitigation outside of the active ability,

3.1. 15% Bullet Resist was added to compensate for the reduced life steal, the life steal being a great impact with the increased attack rate from the active, so the Bullet Resist acts more of a consist mitigation outside of the active. You can now easily reach 50% bullet resist with bullet armor(26%), Berserk(9%), and new Heroic Aura(15%).

What was added-
The passive being moved to a passive aura means this is a dedicated tool for anyone jungling/pushing lanes/diving towers. Right now you must push a lane to remove the resist shield to push a tower. With team who are difficult to push lanes, you could strategize to snipe guardians or walkers which are well defended.

This passive is also helpful for heroes which are focusing on spirit more, as this would be the key to not worrying about bullet damage falling behind once troopers start developing a high spirit resistance.

tl;dr Heroic Aura should be a supportive anti-minion and tower item for a support hero which is upgraded from Monster Rounds.
