[Heroes/Abilities] Djinn's Mark does not wake targets slept by Haze

SUMMARY:

Djinn's Mark will not wake up targets who are slept by Haze, meaning players could build up a large amount of damage without waking up the player to combo another huge hit, such as a Grey Talon arrow, etc.

Unsure if this is intended behaviour, considering the large damage the mark can do.


DATE: 21st June 2025
REPLICATION:

Build up Djinn marks. Any level in the ability works.
Haze sleeps the target.
Mirage activates the Djinn Mark for damage.
Target will not wake up.

Mark active is technically a Damage over Time effect (added a long time ago so that it would stop knocking players off ziplines). Haze sleep no longer wakes up on DoT effects. Not a bug, but more so an unintended consequence of two abilities interacting in a very illogical way because of two different changes added in months apart from one another trying to fix different unrelated problems.
