[HERO] Ventura - The Corrupted Constable

Murdoch Ventura, the Corrupted Constable, is the furthest from an upstanding detective the Cursed Apple has seen. Not only is he rotten to the core but he is literally corrupted by an occult presence. He acts as Wraith's contact in the legal system to look past her infractions. He is also the one looking to take the Tome from Abrams.

Weapon: Oathbreaker (Revolver) Double-barrel revolver (over-under)
Alt-Fire: Spend two ammunition to shoot a pair of slugs that give Ventura a corruption stack.

Abilities:

1 - Evidence Tampering - Ventura reduces a nearby characters weapon damage and spirit by X%
Upgrades

T1 - Also reduces movement speed​

T2 - Increased by number of corruption stacks​

T3 - Reduced cooldown​

2 - Infuse Corruption (Movement) - Ventura spends his corruption stacks to increase movement speed and damage per stack for X seconds
Upgrades

T1 - 2 Corruption stacks are refunded on use​

T2 - Increase speed per stack​

T3 - Killing a target resets the cooldown of Infuse Corruption​

3 - Kickback (Passive) - Ventura occasionally reflects a targeted or skillshot, non-ultimate ability back at the attacker for 50% effect
Upgrades

T1 - Reduce the time between kickbacks​

T2 - Increase effect to 75%​

T3 - Kickback has an instant effect on the enemy for missile abilities​

4 - Shootout (Ultimate) - Ventura locks onto a distant target for X seconds, guaranteeing any shots fired hit them as long as they remain in line of sight.
Upgrades

T1 - Shootout has a 33% chance to guarantee headshots​

T2 - Increased time of Shootout​

T3 - Killing a target during Shootout allows Ventura to trigger Shootout on another target for 5 seconds​
