I do think that this kit has potential, but the 1st ability just doesn't sound exciting. I think it's way too close to Haze's current ult.
What I think might fit better is Troll Warlord's Whirling Axe ability

As much as i like their design they don't fit what Deadlock is now, I'd rather have new heroes that respect Deadlock's new identity.

I mean you could just redesign her with more of a squid look and say she's from the deep, no?

I think the only similarities to Haze's ult are the bullet evasion (which isn't unique to Haze) and the animation of spinning. Haze doesn't actually hit everyone around her, which is the main function of Whirl.

I said seven months ago that I would rework her because she was overpowered. Well now I don't think she's overpowered, I think she's more elegant, and I think more interesting than ever!
