[HERO] The Pyro + Sketchy art!

[Author's Note: This idea came to me in the night and would not leave until I wrote this down. I did my best with this idea, though Valve doesn't seem to do overt crossovers on this scale. Still, the idea is presented for feedback so I can better craft heroes in the future. I'm not good with specific numbers in mind, so none will be given.]

A dust storm was nothing new to the mercenaries in New Mexico. What was unusual was one of their number disappearing with the dust. The survivors searched high and low, and tried everything that used to work, only to reluctantly decide that they were most likely dead. A vigil was held, and a replacement quickly found.

The firebug, however, found themselves transported to a wonderous world of fire and ash, far beyond their wildest dreams. And what was more, the natives of this fiery realm seemed just as interested in fire as they were! She wasn't sure if he had died and gone to heaven, but there were all sorts of new friends to enjoy fire with! And their mastery of fire was something else! Getting to learn from fellow pyromaniacs was practically a dream come true; they took to the fiery art like fire to kindling.

Their life changed once they'd come across a young dragon, left to their own devices far before they were ready to be on their own. May as well adopt the young charge and find their parents, give them a stern talking to!... though finding them would be a challenge. Thank goodness for young Dell! They pointed her to an Astral Gate, to New York, and a ritual with some 'patrons' to be summoned. That wasn't for a few days, though, so the duo may as well enjoy their time here!

Lil' Sketch to give an idea of Dell's size

Primary Fire: Pyro points to a targeted area and Dell fires small, single-fire fireballs. These can headshot and have an average falloff.

[While Pyro's most well known for their flamethrower, I picked this in the interest of creating less visual clutter. Flame particles obstructing vision was a common complaint in Team Fortress 2; I have no desire to replicate that here.]

1: Gas Can
Pyro throws a can of gasoline at a specific area, which explodes into a cloud of gas that lingers in the area. Enemies that enter the area after it's been thrown are inflicted with the Highly Flammable debuff. Highly Flammable causes the enemy to start taking fire damage over time (Burned) after their next instance of damage from any source.

Rank 1: Increases the number of charges for this ability.
Rank 2: Increases the duration of the duration of the cloud of gas, and increases the damage caused by taking damage under Highly Flammable.
Rank 5: Enemies entering the gas cloud now automatically are inflicted with Burn.

[This is basically the Gas Passer; it felt like a good tool for a area control character.]

2: Cauterize
Dell uses their flames to cauterize allied wounds, healing them for a moderate amount but inflicting them with Highly Flammable.
Rank 1: Also creates a small regeneration on the healed character.
Rank 2: Healed character also gains move speed and spirit damage.
Rank 5: No longer inflicts allies with Highly Flammable.

[Pyro's always been something of a support in TF2, so I wanted to reflect that in this ability.]

[I actually have two ideas for their 3, so I'm offering both ideas.]

3.1: Conflagration
Passive ability. Enemies hit by Dell suffer from mildly reduced healing for a short time.
Rank 1: Increase duration of the debuff.
Rank 2: Increase the strength of the healing reduction.
Rank 5: Nearby allies are now also able to apply the mild version of the healing reduction with their own gunshots.

3.2: Fire Suit
Passive ability. Pyro's specialized fire suit decreases the duration of debuffs inflicted upon them.
Rank 1: Gain +1 Stamina
Rank 2: Debuff reduction increased (The time debuffs are on Pyro is shorter)
Rank 5: Nearby allies now gain 10% Reduced Debuff Reduction (Time debuffs are on them is reduced)

[I'm not sure which one is more thematic and less annoying, so I'm presenting them both.]

4: Dragon's Fury
Dell grants Pyro fiery wings, and they leap into the air to throw explosive fireballs at a specific area.
Rank 1: +1 Fireball to throw
Rank 2: Size of the area impacted is increased.
Rank 5: Allies hit by fireballs now get some healing and gain Move Speed and Gun damage.

[I wanted to offer an ult that would be attractive to both support playstyles and damage playstyles].

The goals of this project were to bring Pyro to Deadlock but leave some of the... we'll say 'less appreciated' capabilities Pyro offers in Team Fortress 2 while including some of Deadlock's flair. Constructive criticism is appreciated and welcomed!
