Hero Specific Keybinds reset on game restart sometimes

When I set hero specific keybinds, they work, but upon restarting the game, the keybinds reset to default.
Some heroes have specific keybinds set and keep them, but after editing them, they begin to reset on restart.

I had this issue for a very long time,
This is how I fixed it: I started the game, went to setting and set my custom keybinds (for bebop i.e.) then went and changed some other setting (audio/video), went into sandbox mode tested then keybinds, then went back to mainmenu, reverted the audio/video settings, then exited the game from the main menu. when I opened the game again the keybinds were saved.

couple of days later, I faced the same issue when setting custom keybinds for lash (bebop's were still saved), so i repeated the same steps above and was able to successfully retain lash's new keybinds,

I have this exact issue, it also resets the keybinds to the 'default' ones when I change heroes, even if I have previously set keybinds for that hero. Unfortunately I haven't found a way to fix it.

Edit: This might not be related but I use Logitech G Hub

Just created an account to report the same thing. But for me it is everytime I restart the game

Had the same problem for a long time, what helped me is just to reinstall the game and afterwards the settings stopped resetting on restart
