Hero-Specific Keybinds not working

I'm trying to set my keybinds so that the default alt-cast option is double tap, but for specific heroes I want it to be alt-key. The problem is that even if I have hero specific binds enabled, changing the alt-cast mode on one hero changes it globally for all. I cant have separate options for specific heroes

Bumping to hopefully get eyes on this. Having to constantly go into settings just cause I feel like randoming for a bit is pretty annoying.
