I always thought it would be cool to have a plague-doctor like character in Deadlock, even if it might not be the most time-accurate design, So I made Scourge! Well, not the item. That's the confusing part. Name pending. Or just rename scourge! (the item)

For Scourge's weapon, I leaned more towards an SMG type weapon similar to billy or wraith but with high fire rate and spread.
Scourge has built-in spirit resist which might have waaaay too high scaling but I wasn't really too particular with the numbers on that. Scourge is also probably way too tanky, please let me know if they are for the concepts I've given. I am not a balancing kind of guy, clearly.
