--- Hero Overview
Rob is a walking coat, hat and pair of shoes that house a vast expanse of space within, with countless personalities and more importantly, barrels. Rob excels at dealing high spirit and gun damage, while isolating their target from the rest of their team, along with Rob themselves.
Rob uniquely blends the gun and ability aspects of Deadlock. Using their magazine for ability usage on their 1st ability, as well as making the most of their third ability's align by staying in the air as much as possible, thanks to their passive ability to save ammo mid-air.
--- Gun - Thousands
Fire the myriad of pistol-like barrels from within your coat. Deals random damage between 2 and 10 per bullet.
Alt-fire: Hold to slow-fall.

--- Ability 1 - Hundreds of Millions
Passive: Bullets have a 50% chance to not be consumed while firing in mid-air.
Start a channelled float and open the coat wide, revealing countless barrels. Allowing you to fire a storm of bullets in any direction. Shooting consumes ammo from your regular magazine.
Fire rate scales the ability's fire rate. Spirit scales the damage per shot.
Move at 3mps in any direction while channelled.
Gain bullet dodge chance and spirit resistance for the duration
T2
Move at 6.5mps during float.
T3
While channelling; firing bullets mid-air has a 95% chance to not consume ammo
--- Ability 2 - Constellation
Form a constellation of horses from under the cloak; sending you forward in any direction. Running through an enemy deals spirit damage and applies a fading movement & dash slow.
T2
Enemies hit by Constellation are revealed through walls for the duration of the slow effect.
T3
Hitting a revealed enemy with a perfectly rolled bullet refreshes the reveal duration and deals a small burst of spirit damage.
--- Ability 3 - Shake-Up
Jumble the stars within the cloak and test your luck. 75% chance to self-detonate, sending bullets flying in an area around you, dealing spirit damage.
25% chance to align; instantly reloading your gun and guaranteeing perfect rolls on damage per bullet for that mag.
- Works with extra charge!

Improve the align odds to 30%
T3
Bullets fired while aligned are empowered with celestial energy; dealing bonus spirit damage.
--- Ability 4 - Showdown
Shoot to the sky and aim at an enemy to isolate them. Select the enemy to crash down on them dealing spirit damage and begin a Showdown.
Visible only to you and the target: The sky turns to starry night, and the world (except the Showdown participants) turns monochrome.
Players not affected by Showdown will see a blue glow around the participants.
Players affected by Showdown become un-targetable to those outside of it and cannot be damaged, healed or otherwise interacted with by others.
The Showdown effect has no range limit, only a duration limit

Killing your opponent during Showdown heals you for 50% max hp and resets the cooldown of Constellation.
--- Backstory
When the Maelstrom hit off in NYC, all manner of infrastructure, technology, paraphernalia and inanimate objects were affected in strange ways.
But perhaps none stranger than that of an unsuspecting suitcase arriving to NYC by plane. A flight as any other, except for a sudden burst of turbulence right before landing. But when the passenger came to claim their baggage, it was gone! Broken open and empty.
Days later reports of outerwear walking on its own started showing in the papers. Now a cloak walks among us, housing countless personalities in a vast expanse of space itself.
