[Hero] Oblivion - Wall running hero with a pump action shotgun

Hello !
This is my idea for a hero, Oblivion. They serve to be short-mid range hero that uses wall running with a unique gimmick to the shotgun weapon. Would love to hear what y'all think about this hero's kit!
My idea of their physical look. Imagine Ogre Magi, but with a shotgun inspired by the Combat Shotgun from Doom 2016. So after every shot, your hero will do a small reload.

Abilities:
1. Triple Shot: You fire 3 bullets in a cone dealing 40 x 0.7 Spirit damage, after 0.5 seconds the bullets return lowering the Bullet Resist and Spirit resist of targets hit by 8%
LvL 1: +10% Weapon Damage buff if the bullets successfully hit
LvL 2: +20 Spirit Damage
LvL 5: -5s CD
Range: 8
Duration: 8s
CD: 18s

2. On the Run: Summon/Ride your mount for 4s, giving yourself +0.5m/s move speed and the ability to wall run when you jump on a wall during the effect. To use Ogre Magi as an example again, using the ability would look like this:

LvL 1: +10% Fire Rate while under the effect
LvL 2: -10s CD
LvL 5: Enable Ability Charges and -10.0s Ability Cooldown
Duration: 4s
CD: 40s

3. Heavy Block: Passively damage blocks 2 Bullet Damage.
LvL 1: +50 HP
LvL 2: Faster Weapon Reload
LvL 5: +1 to blocking Bullet Damage
This ability's main idea is to give the hero chance to lane properly, because of the reload after every shot mechanic attached to the shotgun.

4. Absolute Aura: Give yourself 20% Fire Rate and Weapon Damage. You bullets heal your nearby allies for 20% (x 0.3 Spirit) of the damage dealt.
LvL 1: +1m/s movement speed
LvL 2: +5 range
LvL 5: -20s CD
Range: 5
Duration: 8s
CD: 90s

I would like to add that the 2nd ability could be changed into a passive. So my idea would be that when you enter your sprint state, you summon your mount and can wall run.
 
Another thing is that, because is a pump action shotgun and you'll have to do a mini reload after everyshot, a gimmick I forgot to mention was that buying ammo would give you reload speed instead.
 
Extremely interesting and cool mechanic. How would fire rate work with this gun though? Would it do the same?

I completely forgot to mention the effect of fire rate..Oops. Here's my idea that I forgot to mention: the default shotgun would have a wide/big bullet spread to give the hero a chance at confirming or denying souls. With that in mind fire rate would reduce his bullet spread. So you would have a hero that might have a difficult laning phase, but scale very hard because of the smaller bullet spread. A scaling down bullet spread means more successful bullet hits which increase the total dps against a target.
You start of very weak, but scale in a unique way that other heroes don't with a unique gimmick to the weapon.
