[Hero Ideas] The Drummer, The Forger, The Storm Maiden

Hey yall, sorry I cant draw but i have a lot of ideas for people who could be added in the game and if someone would like to make the art for them - that would be pretty cool! But nonetheless heres some

Sound of Ixia - The Drummer (name could be anything) "the world will hear my song"
A poor Ixian who had a love of music, just didnt fit in with Ixian society so now hes here to pursue his passion and make it in the cursed apple. Now he doesn't fit in with human society since he plays with his hands but hes getting ready to prove everyone wrong combining his Ixian warlike style of music and bursting peoples ears! Besides that he wants to become the best that ever lived!

I think he could be an smaller than average Ixian but has a cool setup that kinda circles around him with 5 drums in total and he raises his hands or swings them lower to hit them with a bigger drum above his head. Granted this could be altered because I understand hitboxes could be funky like that as I guess they would have to stick out and a big drum above his head would be confusing for people to shoot at and it doesnt make sense to could that as a "headshot" considering its just an item he uses so this could be a big work in progress. I just like the idea of kinda like a war dance is how he plays his drums

Weapon - Drums of awesome(Ixian word for cool or awesome, i dont know just something to expand the lore a little)
Since it is a drum, i believe the attacks should be like viscous alt fire and deal a small range of aoe, moreover the range should be small as well since these are basic slaps on the drums and not going all out like abilities.

1 - Shockwave
Drummer slams his fist against his drum creating an area of effect and spirit damage. This damage can go through walls but becomes muffled a bit and does less.
CD - 34 seconds
Spirit Damage 70 (x1.1) - through wall 30 (42%)

T1 - Cd reduced by 20 seconds
T2 - Shockwave now silences for 0.5 seconds
T3 - increased scaling (0.9) and damage (+50)

2 - Drums of War
Following the Ixian society where war is common, Drummer knows the songs all too well and helps his allies get ready for the fight. This is an Area of effect
CD - 45 seconds
Time 3 seconds spirit (x0.02)
Effect - Movement plus 2.2m & barrier 50 shield (x0.75)

T1 - Drums of War now grant attack speed (+5% x0.075)
T2- Cd reduced 15 seconds
T3 - Barrier now scales better (+x0.5)
In my opinion these could all be swapped around

3 - Breaking the Drum
After being repeatedly attacked by the drummer can do a lot of damage to ones ears over time needing them to recover!
CD - passive
Effect build up slow - 15% movement speed, builds up 15% per auto

T1 - Drums of awesome's area of effect is now larger
T2 - Breaking the Drums slow is increased (+-15%)
T3- Breaking the drum now shatters more than just ear drums dealing 50 spirit damage (scaling 1.4)
These could be swapped around too but i dont want people to try and build this as an attack speed character and want to hardline him more into a support role.

4 - Grand finale
Drummer goes all out smacking all his drums playing his beutiful song that will be one to truly remember.
Cd - 160 seconds
Spirit Damage 200 (x0.9) Displacement 0.5s
Channel time 3 seconds

T1 - While channeling the Drummer is now unstoppable
T2 - Grand finale now silences everyone in range for 2 seconds
T3 - CD reduced by 55 seconds
or
T3 - Grand finale now deals 8% of targets max HP as spirit damage (depending if people feel hes pretty weak)

I think the drummer would fill the role of a very unique mid range support and play more to drawing out fights rather than quick ones as the meta is right now. And with many silences dispite now doing a lot of damage i believe constant silencing would make him very relevent dispite damage output hes not doing as much as Rem 1 but can still make up for it with constant silences and the barrier he grants people i feel like make him a save no matter what

I just thought a drummer would be cool to add so I thought of one really quick whats your guys thoughts?

The giant - The Forger (name could be anything) "A real man gets the job done"
Bring in his work the Forger is burly man and all he needs is his hammer and a task and he can do anything. Working for years in the Cursed apple hes helped make this city the way it looks today taking on any job to build whatever and whenever he can. Hes a blue collar man and despises Ixians and anything not human. His goal at the ritual is to grant him a legendary tool set that never fails, never faulters, and never breaks just like him


Weapon - Hammer of Man
The Forger hammers nails at his oppents he does have an alt fire where he slams 7 nails in a shotgun pattern at opponets

1 - Step aside
The Forger slams his hammer in the ground dealing a linar line of damage and pushing oppents to the left or right of it.
CD - 18 seconds
Spirit damage 110(x0.7) - if close where the hammer slam hits them then deal light melee damage as well

T1 - Spirit scaling is improved (+x0.7)
T2 - Step aside now slows oppents (-20% movement speed)
T3 - If close now deals heavy melee damage

2 - Get off
The forger swings his hammer to any and all infront of him launching them back. If they hit a wall they are stunned.
CD - 44 seconds
Light melee damage + stun for 0.4 seconds

T1 - CD reduced by 22 seconds
T2 - Light melee is now Heavy melee
T3 - Stun is now 1.5 seconds

3 - Tuff as nails
Weapon attacks now stack a bleed on oppoents
DPS 6 (0.1) Bleed last 7 seconds
Slows enemies by -15%
Build up per shot - 15%

4 - A real man
The forger goes into a fury swing his hammer like a crazy person in a circle damaging everyone in around him!
CD - 110 seconds
Spirit Damage 100(x1.0) per second, last 7 seconds slows the forger by -25% move speed. If full 7 seconds are used the Forger is dizzy and self stunned for 1 second

T1 - CD is reduced by 50 seconds
T2 - Enemys now hit for more than 3 seconds in the spin are now stunned for 1 second
T3 - Spirit scaling (+x1.0) and Damage (+25) increased

I think including more melee compents in the game would be nice and is something that is very much needed as right now I believe melee focused people are very over looked like viscous I initally wanted the forger to build something in the game and did think on it for a long time but desided to replace his 3 with a bleed to match his nail attack. Instead of something like building a guardian or building a wall. Perhaps that could be the case but I just couldnt find a way to make it work but again these are just some people i just cranked out.
Fun Fact: hates lash, doesnt think of him as a real man

The Storm maiden - Aella "The malestorm, just another storm to conquere"
Aella is teen born of a cult who worships the malestorm. She is destined to control it and is herald as a god in the cult and is infurated that she cant, the power that flows through her is grant and powerful but she lacks the control and time to fully understand her potiental. Her goal is to use the malestorm to conquere it and control it to her liking.

Weapon - the Storms blessing
Aella zaps foes with lighting from her hands with a chance(30%) to richcet to someone else

also while holding right click she can slowly glide down

1 - Greater Lightning(2 charges)
Aella summons a strike of lightning on a location stunning them and damaging foes.
CD - 25 seconds 4 seconds between greater lightings strikes 6 seconds before being stunned again by Greater lightning
Spirit Damage 30(x1.2) scales with height per meter of Aella(+/- 9x0.04spirit) Stun 0.5s

T1 - CD reduced by 12 seconds
T2 - Damage scaling increased (+0.8)
T3 - +1 charge and remove stun impossibily from Greater Lighting

2 - Where the storm resides
Aella jumps into the sky ready to rain down lighting on all around her forming a mini storm around her
while in the the storms blessing does spirit damage
CD - 35 seconds
Storms blessing now always bounces to nearby opponets and weapon does additional Spirit damage 1(x0.3) (this could be crazy and changed I just dont know how it would work) Flight time 22 seconds

T1 - Aella replenishes a greater lighting charge on take off and greater lightning does more damage while in air (+70)
T2 - Takeoff now shocks people around Aella stunning for 1 second if nearby
T3 - Aella now has bullet evasion in the sky (25%)

3 - Power of the Storm
Aella harnesses the storms power and grants her more movement speed, spirit power and a barrier. This effect is removed if the barrier is broken.
CD - 70 seconds
Effects - Spirit plus 20 (x0.1) Movement speed plus 2.2, Barrier 100 (0.3) Last 10 seconds
T1 - Scaling is improved ((Spirit plus +x0.1)(Barrier +x0.45))
T2 - CD is reduced by 40
T3 - Breaking the Barrier now removes debuffs on her

4 - Aella anger
Aella can only use this ability in the air, summons a massive AOE effect that strikes all unless they are indoors dealing a great surge lighting to enemies caught in range, this is across the map ability and has a 4 second channel time and notifies enemies if they will be struck.
CD - 240 seconds
Spirit Damage 220(x1.4) + Height per meter of Aella(+/- 9x0.04spirit)

T1 - CD reduced by 30 seconds
T2 - damage(+60) and scaling improved(+1.2)
T3 - Aellas anger now goes through buildings but does significantly less damage (-50%)

Now while this may sound busted, after calculating the math it really isent her ult does around 590 dmg while at bridge buff heights and thats with 170 spirit, I think it would be cool to have a height based person too and I wanted to go into a LOT of different directions with her with her Power of the storm upgrading her other abilites but couldnt find a way to really balance that or make it work. I also wanted her lighting to be like Sevens 3 but decided not to for the sake of repitition but who knows. Anyway these are my three people i spent a couple hours thinking of. People are free to make art or do whatever with them just thought of some cool people and put them out!
Fun fact: she hates seven and think hes a lot weaker than he puts off!
 
Feedback so far
Scaling needs to be dialed back a little which I agree

Forger 3 instead of bleed should be something else which I also had the idea of and instead could be replaced with a ranged stun where he hammers a nail from a distance and locks someone in place
