Vindicta is undead fighting for witches good sake. My idea is add her holy counterpart - <...>, fighting for safety of common residents.
I suggest following skill set:
Flight with similar mechainc. Instead of additional spirit damage on hit she applies stacking -spirit debuff on hit if ability is baseline skill.
Another ability should mirror effect of "Assasination", most likely it should be "Salvation", aimable sniper shot healing allies on hit and damaging enemies with equal damage. Probably add effect providing spirit shields and dealing extra damage for shield on enemies or remove debuffs on allies.
Crow is bounded to Vindicta undead origin, so 3rd ability may be associated with priests, divine intervention and also balance out kit in tearms of offensive capabilities.
As an option - on sight summon lighting strike, (one time effect) slowing enemies and speeding up allies in aoe radius.
And last ability should either provide CC or survivability. If consider slow on lighting strike as CC, then survival option should provide protection against support hunting. With divine protector origin 1st thing coming to mind - AoE lifesteal. Gives lifesteal and healing is distrubuted among allies within range.
Her weapon can be sniper rifle aswell.
