Disclaimer: I don't how to draw so I'll just use reference picture from costumes I found on a site.
Explorer/Hunter/Adventurer type character that basically has seen it all and decided to join the Ritual because he thought it would be fun.
He ends up winning on his dimension and asks the patrons to be able to travel to other dimensions so he can continue to explore and hunt forever. In every single new dimension he goes he tries to win whatever version of the ritual they have on that dimension
He has participated in numerous rituals and won quite a few of them allowing him to basically stack wishes, some times he wishes for more power, some times he asks for something simple just for the sake of of it. His interactions with other heroes is how they look or even exist in other dimensions and the differences between their versions.
His weapon is an old timey lever action hunting rifle or a revolver, very accurate but slow firing speed.
His abilities are all based on his ability to travel dimensions and the wishes he gathered trough his travels.
1. Phase Walk – Allows him or an ally to phase trough enemies and not be targeted by abilities, while active you cannot attack or use items. By phasing trough enemies you can deal a small portion of damage and debuff them once. Upgrades goes from increasing movement speed while active to applying other debuffs
2. Imbue weapon – Powers up his weapon to deal more damage and/or fire faster. Much like Billy's blasted ability there will be a meter that slowly decreases with time passed, every time he shoots the meter will either increase or decrease depending if the shot hit an enemy player or not, it increases just a little if he hits an NPC. Upgrades goes from increasing the duration of the buff, to damage or an additional effect.
3. Dimension Summoning– Summons a creature rom another dimensions to help, it deals damage and attacks whoever you summoned it against. You can press the button again to change targets, else it will just follow you and attack whoever is near. Upgrades change the creature to be bigger and meaner.
4.Dimension Duel – It is like a mix of legion commander's ult from Dota2 and doorman's ult. Teleports both you and target enemy player to another dimension for a duel, no one leaves until someone dies, the area also does damage to both players and increases the damage the longer the duel takes, damage from the dimension doesn't trigger item passives. Upgrades improve the ult to be more in your favor.
