General game plan:​

Can play in 2 styles: Backline range with all items give bonus when above 50%, or Blood tribute low hp assassin come in, stack and kill then retreat. Shoot enemies to gain Open Wounds stack, then 2 or recast 1 to proc passive

Lore:​

Elena came from a family where his dad was a highly praised doctor but abusive father because her mom was too weak to give birth to another child. Mad because of not having a boy, her father put pressure on her to become a doctor with brutal methods. Traumatized from those events, Elena slowly developed another personality as a defense mechanism to survive. After her father got arrested and her mother passed away a few months later, she became so lonely that the other personality finally became real. They talked to each other like sisters, creating bonds and schedules who will take over the body - Elle is a timid nerdy girl who keeps studying relentlessly until she becomes a doctor and makes money, while Lena’s a brave, strong girl who has been taking care of the rest of their life.

They eventually reached the point that the body can’t take 2 personalities. Magic came to New York and they decided to get their hands on magic, infuse magic to their body to make it stronger, and end up turning their out look to a half man (Elle) - half monster (Lena). They can’t show up at work like this, but with their talent and reputation, they open their own clinic in secret and serve people who want to hide their identity but need severe medical issues (inspired by Black Jack manga from Tezuka Osamu). They are known as The Doctress

Elle becomes less and less trauma by her childhood and Lena is fading away along with her monstrosity outlook. Ella and Lena had a fight that almost end up at Lena try to commit suicide. When they hear about the patrons, Elle encourages Lena to join the ritual to give Lena a new body so she can stay alive.

Elle picks 2nd tag, makes 1st and 3rd abilities name, while Lena picks the 3rd tag, 2nd and 4th abilities name. They both agree on the 1st tag
Some interaction with in-game characters I can come up with:
- Lady Geist praises her because she was one of the good candidate for Johan’s wife
- Doctress notice Victor stitches, Victor thought she might realize the stitches pattern and give him clues about his creator, end up with criticizing by her for bad qualities
- Doctress show admiration toward Dynamo, saying that his research has helped her a ton, while Dynamo is quite hesitated because of the Doctress current state
She's definitely needed for balance
