Hero Idea: Technomancer or Godly Mechanist

First ever char idea.
Design: maybe something that looks like char from WH40k Mechanicus or some default steampunk engineer. (idk how to in char design)
Abilities:
1.
Brass Bolt:
Single target
Description: Hero fires a single brass bolt.
Bolt deals moderate physical damage and inflicts debuff Corrosion.

Brass Bolts:
Cone shaped barrage
Description: Hero fires a barrage of brass bolts in cone shaped aoe in front of him.
Each bolt deals physical damage and has chance to inflict stackable debuff Corrosion.

Corrosion: debuff that decreases bullet resist of affected target.

2.
Steam Shield:
AOE Ability
Description: Hero activates Shield Generator and gives up to two nearby allies shield with type based on what mode is ability at. Normal mode - Bullet shield, Alternative mode - Spirit Shield.

3.
Energy Nexus:
Description: Hero deploys an energy pylon on the battlefield, allies near the pylon become connected to it via a visible thread of energy.
While ally is connected to the pylon they receive Charged buff.
When enemy crosses the mentioned thread they receive damage and become slowed.

Charged: movement speed and health regeneration increased.
4.
Clockwork Titan:
Description: Hero deploys beacon on which Titan will be deployed for short amount of time, the ability changes into Titan's Mark. Upon landing, the Titan causes an AOE stun and deals damage to enemies due to the impact. After initial impact Titan locks on nearest target and starts attacking it in melee and providing healing effect in small AOE around him based on damage he deals. Targets can be changed using Titan's Mark ability.

Titan's Mark:
Description: Hero shoots bullet that marks where Titan should move. If bullet is shot at enemy, Titan will lock on to that enemy. If bullet is shot at ground, Titan will move to that place.
