Mr. Static is an OSIC invention to persuade the masses through television. He is a bombastic showman type character until things get serious and his character takes a darker tone, more in-line with Rod Serling and the twilight zone.
Appearance: Mr Static's is a showman who wears a classic maroon tuxedo, his main feature is that he has a classic tube television for a head. His face(TV screen) is often just a static screen till he cast abilities, then it will change to different color test patterns or even something similar to the swirling pattern in the twilight zone intro.
This character isn't a pure damage dealer but spends his time on the front lines with slows, silences, and CC. His main weapon is an early style zenith remote control that plugs into the back of his head.
First ability: 1 - “lazy bones”
This ability shoots out of the remote and looks like a radio wave signal. This ability applies a slow to the target while dealing spirit damage.
Second ability: 2 - “unplugged"
Mr. Static throws cathode ray tube that blows up dealing spirit damage and could either swap abilities of characters in the AOE(1 becomes 2 or 2 becomes 3) or it can invert the controls of anyone in the AOE
Third ability: 3 - ?
Don't really have an idea for this one but it would be some type of passive
Fourth ability: 4 - “Breaking News”
Mr Static's face turns in a screen similar to the twilight zone intro. Anyone in the area directly in front of him instantly freezes in place and can't look away from the TV. This ult should have a similar casting range and duration to the doorman ult.
