Hero idea: Monster Hunter

Main idea: What if there was a hero who's whole thing is clearing jungles and camps and troopers? Characters like Wraith and Seven and Victor kind of fulfil that role but it's not their primary. What if there was a character who relied on jungles?

Gun: A slow shotgun, kind of like Pocket's.

1 - Slaying mags: Empowers your weapon to deal +12 to NPC's and +5 to enemy Heroes for the remaining bullets in your mag.
  • T1 - Empowered weapon damage dealt to NPC's deals an additional +5 damage.
  • T2 - Empowered weapon damage dealt to Heroes, deals an additional + 7 damage.
  • T3 - Gain 16% fire rate while your weapon is empowered.

2 - Hunter's aura: Deal pulse AOE, each pulse's damage is increased by +50 per NPC in it's range and +25 for every Hero in it's range.
  • T1 - Aura size increased by 5 meters.
  • T2 - Aura pulse delay decreased by 1 second.
  • T3 - Aura damage per NPC increased by +75 and per Hero by +35.

3 - Spiritual connection: Secure 50% of the currently unsecured souls. (Ability has charges)
  • T1 - Secure +10% of souls.
  • T2 - Securing more than 250 souls with this ability gives you +20% movement speed for 5 seconds.
  • T3 - For each secured soul, you heal +0.5 health instantly.

4 - Hunter's trophy: Passive, for every trooper killed, gain 1 stack, for every jungle monster killed, gain 2 stacks, for every objective destroyed, gain 4 stacks. Each stack gives you +0.05 move speed, +0.5% spirit damage, +0.5 fire rate, +0.25 weapon damage and +15 max health. Stacks persist after death. There is no max stack amount. Stacks decay slowly (-1 stack per 5 seconds).
  • T1 - For each stack gain +0.5 regen.
  • T2 - When gaining a new stack gain +100 decaying extra health.
  • T3 - Increase stack decay delay by +3 seconds.

This hero would pair really well with something like Leech or Spirit Burn. His whole thing, again, is clearing camps, creeps and objectives. The gameplay revolves around going around clearing your and the enemy jungles, buffing you up for late game fights. He is really good in the laning phase and the late game but is basically nonexistent in midgame and falls off really hard after laning ends, giving the opponents ample time to outscale him if he doesn't do his job well. His stack decay prevents him from farming a lot and being too strong for the rest of the match without keeping his farming up.
