I was thinking about a hero type that has a duality type mechanic in their design and kit and I was thinking about a theme of light and dark. Where one side is about damage and the other is about healing. The kit would consist of 7 abilities where there are 3 unique ones for each side and the ult would work as a way to swap between the sides.
The character would start in the "light" mode and would slowly build their abilities in the laning stage and acting like a support until the ult, where they could swap to a more damage-focused side. (I was mainly thinking about abilities, but a change in gun could be cool)
Ability 1 (Helping Hand/ Condemed Hand):
Ult: A ult that can be used to swap between sides (probably make the transformation a bit long and able to be interrupted to balance); probably add charges to the ult either through boon points or base kit.

Ability 1 (Helping Hand/ Condemed Hand):
- Helping hand: Works like rescue beam, but you need to be next to the Ally and cast a "marker" on them which also provides them with regen. In the duration of the mark, you can pull them back to you but they have to be in range (like Warden Bind).
- Condemed Hand: An ability where you have to place a mark (range is close to vipers venom) on a Enemy which applies a bleed and a slow which also doesn't allow movement abilities during the ability
- Light dash: Drop a trail of light on the ground that buffs ally movement speed and fire rate
- Shadow Walk: On use you can target any veil in a small range around you and teleport to it after a brief delay. A shadow of the character will appear behind the targeted veil and can be shot to cancel the tp. (Can be canceled by getting shot at the veil location or at the teleport location); Boons can make the TP have more range
- Healing Wave: (Kind of like reinhearts firewave) Send out a strike that heals allies and gives a healing boost similiar to healing booster/ tempo
- Death Claw: (Kind of like reinhearts firewave) Send out a strike that does big damage and highlights (can add a stun through boons)
