Hero Idea - Howard the Bruiser

This character's abilities would be directly tied to gap closing and keeping the pressure on their opponents to force a team-fight, reliant on weaving melee attacks between abilities and/or going all in for force a punish on an over-extended character.

1) This ability would function as a jump into a ground slam that could do a mini-stun that scales with each tier, damage would be lower and scale based off health.

2) A short range pull, target would take some percentage more of weapon and melee damage, max range would be maybe 10ft, no CC effect but would allow for multi-character de-buffs and could set up the 1 and ult ability.

3) Short range AOE debuff, temporarily slows enemy attack speed within a small (melee) range, damage done in this range could give a percentage of HP back based on damage done and number of characters within range.

4) Ability would be a single target (or multi with tier 3) grapple that get body-slammed behind Howard on cast. (Just a nasty suplex, could either be immediately behind Howard or a few meters behind based on tier after damage is done).

Howard would be very good at engaging while actively applying de-buffs after their CC chain (combo 1>3>2>4). In the early game this can act as a punish to characters pushing lane under tower while in the late game forcing a fight when both teams are too scared to engage and are shooting pot shots at each other for minutes on end.
