hertz is a computer brought to life wearing a large trench coat that covers his circuits and wires his computer screen head popping out from the neck his hands are wires and cables and feet are made from computer miceHertz used to be just a program in a lab nothing more then working code solving problems as more and more information was imputed into his code he grew sentient able to think for himself soon crafting a body for himself from the wires and cables that have him power, ready to explore the world with his newly crafted body panic quickly erupted as scientists and citizens alike called him a monster wanting to destroy him he ran not knowing what the outside world really held finding an old tattered trench coat in a dumpster he threw it on and set out to find ways to make him more accepted in the world

Ability 1-system reboot-Hertz slows himself for 0.5s and Reboots refreshing the cooldown of the last non ultimate ability used and empowers it

2-malware-Hertz shoots out a digital skull towards an enemy dealing spirit damage over time for 3s and then causing a small explosion

Ult-Trojan virus-Hertz rips off his trench coat exposing his wires and circuitry as he fires them out infront of him in a cone grabbing onto enemy’s and pulling them towards him where he will self destruct exploding and dealing spirit damage and destroying himself where his head will be left on the ground

After self destructing Hertz starts to rebuild himself over 5 seconds but can be canceled with 3 heavy melee attacks
If hertz grabs no one with Trojan virus he will self destruct and not rebuild himself gaining the current respawn timer
