Hero idea: Dr. J [healer/disabler with a twist]

Hero inspired by Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde.

Role: healer/disabler with a twist

All numbers below are more of an estimation to give the overall idea of what I think this hero should feel like, so don't take any value literally.

Stats: 500hp base, movement spd 6.5, hp regen 3s, stamina 2

Weapon: Bulldog 6-shooter, 18 per-bullet damage, 6 ammo pool, 5 bullets per sec, 1.8 sec reload. The idea is to rely on Scalpel(see below) & melee to score last hits so the gun is intentionally underwhelming


Abilities:

  • Scalpel: Throw a scalpel that flies in an arc(similar to Gheist's essence bomb). If it hits an enemy, it deals 150 spirit damage and applies "open wound"(see below) status for 15 secs. Further hits will deal the same damage and reset the open wound duration back to 15s. Acts as melee for lasthit purpose.

    Starts with 2 charges, gains 1 more per ability level. Use cooldown 2s Charge cooldown 10s


  • Invigorating serum: throws a vial of Invigorating serum, that breaks into an AoE splash 10m in diameter. Applies speed and attack speed boost of 15% and health regen of 1.5%/s to any friendly targets that lasts for 10s. Further levels these increase stast.

    20s cooldown


  • Malicious serum: throws a vial of malicious serum, that breaks into an AoE splash ~10m in diameter. Any enemy affected by the splash has their movement and attack speed slowed by 15% for 3s. Any enemy that is affected by the "open wound" status will have its duration reset, have a bleed status applied to them which will deal 1% max hp per sec and have the serum effect duration to last until open wound duration will end. Any further increase of open wound duration will also keep serum effect active.

    40s cooldown

  • Mr. H: After channeling for 2 sec(bullet resistance is gained after 1s, at which point channeling is not cancellable), transform into Mr H, who gains massive bullet resistance, stamina, movement speed and attack speed. Primary attack is replaced with Mighty Punch, deals gun attack + 50 damage and ministuns for 0.1s on hit(any enemy action including channeling is interrupted). Blocking Mighty Punch is possible but Mr H will not be stunned in case of a successful block. Other abilities are disabled while Mr H is active. Duration: 7s, cannot be cancelled early.
I also have an alternative approach to ulti, resulting in a different hero playstyle, somehow similar to Dots2's Terrorblade.

Alternative Mr H: After channeling for 4 sec(stats are changed after 2s, at which point channeling is not cancellable), transform into Mr H, who gains 50%hp, bullet resistance, stamina, movement speed and attack speed but loses some spirit resistance. Primary attack is replaced with Mighty Punch which deals gun attack + 50 damage. Blocking Mighty Punch is possible but Mr H will not be stunned in case of a successful block. Other abilities are replaced with the ones below. Duration starts at 35s and further increased by 5s per ability level, cannot be cancelled early. After duration expires, get stunned for 2.5s.

  • Leap: jump 10m forward at double movement speed. Cooldown 5s

  • Ground pound: slams the ground, dealing attack damage in a 5m radium around him. Anmy enemy affected by the slam is mini stunned for 0.25s and have any action including channeling interrupted. Cooldown 10s

  • Inhuman health(passive): +2.5%/s health regen
