Patron would call her CC if she is doing well in game or Casey under normal circumstances
I love the whole noir style from lots of the characters, but I really like the robot style dynamo has and wanted to see a mixture of both. Steampunk robot woman with blond wig on top or just a helmet, but it's not my place to ask for art on a character that doesn't exist yet.
Her weapon of choice could be a M1Garand (with iconic ping if we can for the reload) or something of its own design to make it unique!)

Hero Abilities:

Casey fires a signal flare high into the air, if the flare has Line of sight and enemies are within X radius, they are highlighted red (Similar to middle mouse ping on heroes)
highlighted enemies and minions on top of being revealed lose 10% Bullet and Spirit resist while highlighted. Breaking line of sight or the flare duration ends, the effect lingers for 3s
Casey can manually aim the flare and hit a target and light it on fire for 5s
in-game description:
1. Mk. em
Radius - X - Linger duration - 10s - Cooldown - X
Casey fires a signal flare that slowly descends, marking and revealing enemies, causing them to take 10% more Bullet and Spirit damage while marked.
Duration 3s for marked enemies stepping out of line of sight of the flare
Casey can aim this ability and shoot it at a target instead lighting them on fire for 5s dealing x spirit damage and marking them
[1] Linger duration +5s
Direct hit duration +1s
[2] Bullet and Spirit resist - additional 10%
[5] Marked enemies stepping out duration increased to 7s
2. Gal Pal
Radius - X, Cooldown - X, Lifetime - 20s
Casey plants a bouncing betty in the ground, trigger when an enemy is within a certain range before flying upwards and exploding
[1] +1 charge and small increase to damage
[2] Lower's enemy spirit and bullet resist by -10%
[5] Enemy's hit by the explosion are left with the "Marked" status for 5s
3. Rally Here
Radius - X, Cooldown - X, Lifetime - 45s
Casey places a flag that buffs allies and debuffs enemies within a large radius, granting 15% fire rate bonus and increases spirit and bullet resist by 5%
enemies within the flag have a debuff of said stats. The flag is destroyed when the timer ends or if an enemy melee's the flag (2 light melee's or 1 heavy melee)
[1] Radius increases by 25%
[2] buff/debuff doubles
[5] Casey can now pick up the flag and provide the buff to allies at original rate of 15% fire rate and 5% resistances
4. Company Commander
Radius - X, Cooldown - X, Lifetime - 90s
Casey requests backup, whistling loudly causing two "casey-like" units to spawn, they each have 25% of her stats and follow somewhat close to her. if a flag is placed the units will patrol within the radius of the flag, when the flag is removed they will hold their position. Casey's Company will target "Marked" enemies first. A Casey-like unit that is killed is worth 10% of what killing the real casey would be.
[1] Cooldown is reduced by x amount
[2] Casey's Company is increased from 2 to 4
[5] Casey's Company stats are increased from 25% to 40%
(Her ultimate might seem a bit weak individually but there is strength in numbers! atleast that is what I'm going for.)
