Backstory
Casey was taken as a prisoner of war, and escaped the infamous camps using a single hand grenade he stole from an enemy officer. Full of grit and persistence, Casey has a vengeance on all oppressive forces trying to fight against the people.
Move 1 - Cherry Bomb (Charge Move)
Casey throws a bouncing cherry bomb that hits the ground once before exploding into the air. If hit by the cherry bomb, you take initial explosion damage and then burn for 2 seconds after. During the burn effect you have a 80% chance to miss your gun shots.
Notes: The cherry bomb would be very cool in the early game to deny last hits, but it wouldn't be as strong in the mid/late game.
Move 2 - Remote Charge
Casey places a remote charge on the floor. This can be detonated by repressing the 2 button. Casey can only have one remote charge out at a time, and this can't be increased (otherwise we'll get into old techies).
Move 3 - Mustard Tank
Worried about being taken prisoner, Casey drops mustard gas behind him as he runs, that lingers for 3 seconds. The gas would slow enemies by stopping them from jumping/rolling and make them take damage per second. Casey takes no damage, as the character is already wearing a gas mask.
Ultimate - Smoke Bomb
After a 2 second charge, Casey launches a smoke bomb airstrike that hits a certain area of the map. This smoke bomb restricts all vision and increase spirit damage taken. If enemies stay in the smoke for more than 3 seconds, then a dot is applied that does damage per second and slows by 50%. The smoke lasts for 10 seconds.
Playstyle
Casey is a disrupter, and there is a huge lean towards 'carries' in the game, with haze, paradox, wraith, sniper, greytalon etc... being played a tonne. He would cause havoc with these lineups, and make it so that people would have to engage in a new way, in order to deal with him. It would make brawlers and movers such as lash, M&K and bebop much more useful, as they could deal with him, whereas these ranged snipers wouldn't be as strong.
