A character idea I had revolving around the two damage types and messing with them. Not sure what base stats to give them, but I'd figure they'd be in the average range.
1: Vortex
Chaos summons a vortex in front of him that catches all bullets (or any projectile dealing bullet or weapon damage) that are in front of him (bullets fired from behind are not caught). After 2.5 seconds, or after firing manually, all the caught projectiles are fired back out at the enemy.
Tier 2: Launched projectiles deal bonus weapon damage that scales with spirit power (Base: +1 per bullet, Scales at +0.02x)
Tier 3: -15 second cooldown
2: Magic Mirror
Chaos surrounds himself in a magic barrier that reflects spirit-based attacks (including items). Chaos cannot move or attack while reflecting.
Tier 2: Reflected attacks deal 5% more spirit damage +0.2x% per spirit power.
Tier 3: -20 second cooldown
3: Ammo Switch
Switches the ammo type in the gun between normal bullets and spirit bullets. Spirit bullets do the same amount of damage as normal bullets but as spirit damage.
Tier 2: The first few bullets of the chosen ammo type have a 4% damage amp.
Tier 3: Ammo capacity scales with spirit power.
4: Zone of Chaos
Creates a spherical area in which all incoming damage is converted into the other damage type (weapon -> spirit, spirit -> weapon).
Tier 2: Radius spirit scaling changed to +0.66x spirit power
Tier 3: -20 second cooldown
