Cap’n Barney is dressed in a brine soaked rain jacket with large rubber boots and a bucket hat with all sorts of different hooks and fishing lures stuck through it with a big scraggly grey beard and on his back is a tackle box and a fishing pole and a meat hook coming from His pocket and a cooler full of fish hanging from his back pocket as a small ghost shark swims around him.
Cap’n Barney or Dave barnacle was just your average fish monger trying to make a living, one day during a bad fishing season he was trying to bring in a haul when he discovered a shark had gotten into one of his traps and ate all his fish, even though he was enraged he sliced up the shark hoping to get some money for its meat. As the day went on one after another tragedies struck, tangled nets, massive waves, strong winds, wasted bait things couldn’t get worse for poor Barney until his engine cut out. in a panic as a storm was approaching he rushed to get it started till he was startled by a loud ghostly wail, Barney would find a woman on his boat covered in seaweed and barnacles in soaked rags for clothes she pointed at him with her boney decaying finger and spoke, “My…..son…..you killed…..my SON!!” a chill would run down his spine as she continued “you slaughtered him to sell this will not go unpunished David Barnacle!” the woman would pull out a doll made from fish bones and begin a chant “for a price you sell his life, slaughtered and taken by your knife, for this day and many more, I curse you with him forever on shore!!” lightning would crack blinding Barney as the woman was gone his engine running as he was at the edge of the storm. Rushing back to the shore with what he had left barely tried to wrap his head around what just happened who that woman was and what she meant, the next day he found out exactly what she meant. When he awoke he found that a ghost shark was following him it was the same shark he sliced up the day prior thinking nothing of it he tried to have a successful day on the water but anytime he did something the shark ruined it biting through traps and nets destroying his bait he tried for days only to get the same result. Barney became desperate for a way to lift the curse so he could get back to his normal life on the high seas.
Weapon-anchors away-Barney runs around with a weapon made from old boat parts and a rusty anchor, anchors away is a single firing chain ball like launcher shooting an anchor connected to a winch upon successful contact of an enemy or minion the anchor is reloaded into the chamber instantly ready to fire again if missed a long reload animation starts of Barney winding the anchor back

Ability 1-puffer bombs-Barney tosses out a puffer fish that will expand and act as an obstacle, if touched it will do tick damage based on duration of contact, while expanded if shot by Barney the puffer will explode shooting poisonous spines around it dealing aoe spirit damage, will disappear after 30 seconds if not exploded, max of 6 can be out at a time.
Charges-3
2-Fishing net-Barney throws a large fishing net forward that entangles enemies slowing their movement speed and grounding them, stopping them from jumping or using movement abilities.
3-Fresh fish-Barney throws a fish that smacks enemies and knocks them back dealing spirit damage.
Ult-Chum the waters-Barney throws out a bucket of chum that coats enemies and sends the ghost shark into a frenzy striking each coated enemy, dealing spirit damage
