[Hero Idea] Augur, the greatest oracle that never was

Hello. This is a vision hero, built around his ultimate. I hope they're at least decent with communication and teamplay. Here it is:

Note: Glimpse does respect line of sight, while the ultimate does not care, you're all-seeing while it's active. On the enemy's POV of the ult, you just look like the eye of Sauron, looking much more menacing from afar. As for what focusing means, it's aiming down sights, but more zoomed in.

I like seating light, interesting mix up. Though I think it should say "after firing two beams that have hit enemy heroes, the next beam has doubled effects." That requires that they are used in combat rather than using two while traveling to always be on beam 3.

Seems like I prioritized keeping it within two lines of text too much, that does make more sense. Although I'd include killing troopers with it as well, since it still fits the idea of your opponent counting how many beams you've used in lane, but it might be too much like that.
