kinda like a high mobility character that sacrifices his mobility for huge damage at a high risk
1 - gravity shift: eliminates gravity in a small aoe for a short time, causing those caught inside to be lifted into the air and retain their momentum. They can still control their abilities and weapon, but not their movement
2 - satellite scan: pings an area of the map to reveal enemies in an area for a handful of seconds, much like the scan in dota/starcraft
3 - jetpack: a quasi passive that lets him fly around using a jetpack. Would make him a good character for chasing people down, but would expose him to danger while flying. Would operate like a typical jetpack in most games where you hold spacebar to burn fuel, and it regenerates while not in use. As it levels, it can travel faster and regenerate faster
4 - afterburner: takes off his jetpack and uses it as a flamethrower to deal heavy damage for a few seconds in a cone. Sacrifices his mobility to finish off opponents
