This is a character idea i thought of years ago and decided to bring him back to light
Ash is a vigilante that roams the streets at night helping people in need wearing a bandana sunglasses and a leather jacket with bootcut jeans and military boots with two large tubes of cement stuck to his back with pipes that lead to his artificial hands
Young ash fault was always troubled robberies and car jackings happening all over his town an he grew tired of it experimenting in his father garage using what he could from his fathers construction job odd scraps of metal, tubing and lots of cement he crafted a mechanism that allowed him to trap wrong doers slipping on artificial hands that allowed him to shoot out cement to sub do perps and wearing his darkest and most stealth like clothing he began to restore humanity and hope to his town at night. He was seen as a hero but he knew that crime wouldn’t stop and that he couldn’t do it forever he needed someway to find a more permanent solution .
Weapon-handy work-ash’s weapons are his two artificial hands that he made the palms open up to shoot out globs of quick dry cement
Max ammo-20
Ability 1-concrete ball-ash puts his hands together creating a ball of concrete that he throws dealing gun damage
The ball shatters on contact sending shards behind the enemy hit in a cone

1- shard travel range increased +3m
2-enemy’s hit are slowed
5-create 2 balls to throw
2-cement leap-ash runs forward and jumps over enemy’s as he shoots down at them doing gun damage

1-increase jump length +3m
2-quick dry effects damage
5-kills reset cooldown
3-passive-quick dry-as ash fights he builds up quick dry which turns his globs of cement into hard spikes of concrete that deal increased gun damage fire rate affects how quickly this triggers
1-increase fire rate +10%
2-headshot multiplayer x0.5
5-concrete spikes pierce through enemies
4-set in stone-ash charges forward creating two massive walls of concrete that come crashing down onto who ever is between them stunning them for .6s and dealing gun damage
