Hero Idea: Angry Union Buster

There's 5000 dollars for your head alone.



Just like the title says, the hero could be a union buster of some kind. Either something like the Pinkertons or some business man who just hates unions.

The main weapon of the hero could be a type of handheld mini printing press that shoots out anti union propaganda




Abilities

Ultimate could be where the hero pulls out a radio and a microphone into which he spews anti-union propaganda. The affected heroes could take increased damage as a result of the distasteful propaganda spewed by the union buster.





Ability One
The angry union-busting man places down an anti-union sign that places a debuff on those walking within the affected area.
or
The angry union buster calls upon his team of lawyers to work against the union workers. The result is a debuff to those around the area.

Possible ideas for effects
Those inside could have their soul gain reduced as the enemy team are the "striking" workers.
or
The enemy team has reduced movement speed or damage as a result of the loss in morale. The union buster is a very rude man.
or
The closer the enemy team is to each other, the more damage they take or some other debuff. The union buster is trying to use the teamwork/solidarity of the enemy team against them.

Ability Two

The union buster falsely promises to give a raise to his teammates and pulls a little whistle of some kind. The result is a buff towards teammates nearby.
or
The union buster is trying to get others back to work! He gives HIMSELF a buff of some kind to try and "rally" the enemy team back to work.
(He still does the factory whistle thing.)

Ability Three
The union buster calls upon the Pinkertons to aid in his fight against the union workers! (Or it could be some other agency.)
or
The union buster throws money at a teammate, which could give them some type of buff (Example: They stay alive for a few more seconds and then die.). The promise of money gives them hope to work harder.
(The money happens to be scrip. The teammate will sadly still be where he is for the rest of his life.)
