Hero icon that pops up when you deal damage is super delayed

Whenever you deal damage to an enemy, the pop-up icon is delayed by about 1 second.

This is particularly frustrating when you play burst heroes since you can't tell how much damage you've actually done until 1 second later.

It can be seen in the video below. It was not like this before.

Can confirm, started occurring since Paige's release. The player icon after dealing ability damage to players is half a second or more delayed than normal.

This is particularly important for Dynamo; Most players rely on that row of hero icons for instant feedback on who was caught in their ultimate. This bug often makes it seem like you whiffed, which causes some players to stop channeling early.
