[Hero] Deadlock's version of Doomfist, Headless Helm

Notes:
The design of his 1-3 is meant so that any order of ability use is valid depending on the situation, and you are able to use his 2 to get in, lower the cooldown with his 1 and 3, and use his 2 to get out or continue the chase. The mechanics of his 2 should have very interesting synergy with stamina and some items, like majestic leap or magic carpet.
His ult is meant to be able to compliment what he normally wants to do and add some team synergy.
Gun is a shotgun with 11 pellets
