Backstory:
The Long family have been venerated as Dragon masters in China for generations. After the first Europeans arrived by boat, the family went underground to protect themselves from the outsiders. Soon, China became unsafe and all was thought lost when the ship ferrying the family to New York crashed miles outside San Francisco bay. Fortunately, Xiao survived and was quickly relocated to New York to live with distant and poverty stricken relatives. Xiao seeks the patrons to return to China in fearless triumph.

After a short delay, breathes fire in a cone around the field of view, dealing a burst of spirit damage to those close to the breath and damage over time to those merely touched by the flames.

**Cooldown is 2x the duration of the Dance. Maximum duration is 12 seconds.

Momentum Bonus +33% (jumps, wall jumps, mantling, all faster and provide greater distance)
Evades 33% of bullet damage
Evades 15% of spirit damage
Debuff Resistance grows to +20% over 4 seconds
AP 1 – Maximum movespeed increased to 150%
AP 2 – Remove aim & fire rate penalty
AP 5 – Cooldown is now 1:1 duration
