[Hero Concept] White Noise the Poltergeist - Gravity Gun inspired hero

I couldn't get over the fact that Doorman just has Portals from Portal. And now that Celeste is entirely inspired by Source/GoldSrc movement, I think it'd be a waste if Valve didn't try to implement the other iconic aspect of one their other flagship series - that being the physics system of Half Life 2 and the its iconic Gravity Gun.

And in theme of Doorman being some weird eldritch outer god, the Gravity Gun hero could be some weird anomalous interdimensional god as well so you know... introducing White Noise.
*aesthetics directly inspired by the Poltergeist movie which is perfect since it happens in New York

Some other thoughts:
- Since we already have a tiny hero like Rem maybe White Noise, since it's possessing a little girl, could also use the tunnels or maybe not since she's riding a big ass TV.
- White Noise hovers so maybe her movement can be altered around that idea,.

- Her basic m1 is White Noise flinging cutlery and other small objects at enemies.
- Her alt-fire would be a charge shot that consumes all ammo where she stacks all those objects and throws them all at once.

- I have zero clue how the numbers would actually work for Manipulate.
- Channel Surfer could have a final upgrade that allows White Noise to dash while inside the TV in order to make it roll around.
- World of Static is melee range.

Awesome concept, I think the TV should be something summoned separately however rather than something always present. Maybe for her ultimate?

I also think it'd be funny if for the ability 3 that however much more spirit you have the heavier the object she hides in is and that dictates how much impact damage she does, like a momentum & spirit based ground pound. So like base its a flower pot, little bit of spirit its a tv, a good amount is safe, and with like boundless its like an anvil or something.

I feel the TV is too integral for her actual character since it's based around static and all.

In my head she'd basically be riding on it while it's hovering.
