Thea artistic daughter of Scientist parents unfortunately witnesses their brutal murders.
While fleeing the assailants a freak chemical explosion alters her DNA. Her new distinct look comes with equally unique abilities.
Able to manipulate toxic colorful chemicals that, to the naked eye are merely paint. She roames the streets vowing to avenge her parents' deaths.
This hero was drawn by a family member of mine and I said it would be a good idea to make this a hero in the game. They aren't amazing at coloring and honestly the coloring was a bit rushed but I provided the uncolored picture as well if you don't like the color.
Who is she?

| 2) Bullet Decay | Grant targeted teammate chemical paint skin causing bullets to decay, dealing either no damage at all for 6/7, or dealing less damage for 6/7s while healing the teammate. |
| 3) Burst shot | Temporarily gain burst fire for a few seconds |
| 4) tag | turn targeted enemy into graffiti art on a wall or floor for a short period of time. kind of like a stun. |
