Short Description of the Newspaper Boy:
He is a mobile harasser, delivering short stun attacks and also a narrow AoE flaming attack behind his path. He has a unique movement such that he wears mystic roller skates that enable him to gradually speed up and even drift. The downside is that he cannot slide, however he can drift using the slide button when he's fast enough. His weapon of choice is a slingshot, so he has no magazine and has to manually reload each stone. But his reload time is slightly faster than the average.
Abilities:
1. He throws a roll of newspaper to the enemy, dealing a short stun attack similar to Seven's 2, but is more short-ranged to incentivize him to dash towards the enemy at a high velocity and then get out.
2. His roller skates ignite his trail with ghostly blue flames, entering a high-velocity state. His trail would deal an AoE damage similar to Infernus.
3. He can target an ally to hitch a ride behind him, effectively transporting his ally at the same pace as him.
4. He immediately gains max velocity and charge into the direction where you're looking, which means he can also fly around in the Z-axis. His reload also shortens significantly enable him to spam his slingshot at a short duration.
