[Hero Concept] the metal guy (or heavy metal guy? )

Background: For now, he is just the unfortunate who poisoned by Fairfax Industries in an accident, but lucky enough to gain some "supernatural" power to generate metals and control them (only made by him).
Appearance: Someone who has some metal pieces covered the skin. Has a hood to hide himself.
Position: doing damage, of course.
Weapon: Throwing knife, since he is kinda "old-fashion" guy. Made by himself. medium bullet velocity, medium damage, slow fire rate.


Ability 1 Harpoon :
Generate and throw a Harpoon to a certain distance in a fast speed, it does damage to enemy in the path. (Could be a upgrade) It could be casted again during the flight or be done automatically in max distance to pull the Harpoon back to force the enemy in the path closer to caster and does damage again.
Possible Upgrades: Increasing Harpoon distance, increasing damage, damage bonus, increasing pulling distance, cdr.
Comment: No idea why harpoon, it could be anything, but my mind told me, it should be some kind of hooks, but more "old-fashion". I mean, harpoon is cool, and could give some hints of the metal guy's lore.

Ability 2 Metal skin (cheap edition ;)):
Active to make metal pieces to cover full body, Increasing bullet resistance to 100%(take 0 weapon damage) in a duration, the resistance decreased a certain amount if hit by weapon damage which means gained bullet resistance would reduce to 0 in certain hits. (I told you, it's cheap edition).
Possible Upgrades: Increasing duration, increasing hits to take, giving back cd depend on remaining gained resistance, gaining spirit resistance, gaining "return fire" effect.
Comment: shield is for "pussy", only resistance make man tough.

Ability 3 Heavy metal Poisoning:
When enemy damaged (weapon, melee, ability) by the metal guy, buildup a heavy metal poison buffer, when buffer proc, enemy could be slowed or stunned or take a certain amount damage once or something else. During the buffer, if damaged by the metal guy, metal spikes grow inside the enemy and pierce the skin, do certain amount additional damage. And the enemy has immunity for certain duration.
Possible Upgrades: Increasing duration, increasing damage, buffer duration refreshed if the metal guy hits the enemy
Comment: Basically the hero came from the concept of Heavy metal Poisoning, so there should be one in the kit.

(Temporary) Ability 4 Tumbleweed wave:
As its name said, generate tons of metal tumbleweed, damage enemy. tumbleweed could buildup Heavy metal Poisoning.
Comment: Actually no idea for now, but it should help buildup and proc the Heavy metal Poisoning to deal damage.
