Hiii, i dont usually post on forums much so excuse me for any mistakes :]

But welcome - Stringer, the mediocre best investigative journalist with lots of noncense rumors revolutionary ideas! The world will belive her one day,,,

Selected:

- Time to get some proofs!

- They all will see the truth now

- Oracle will beg at their knees to get me back

- Oracle will regret not publishing my findings when i get big

- Little battle never hurt nobody!... they will not shoot a reporter, right?

- Sorry, can't, someone has to investigate the elites.

- If this will not help me prove Arin Fairfax is alive than what is the point joining.

- If this will not help me prove Baroness is run by killer syndicate than what is the point joining.

- Im more of a "prove a theory with logic" gal, not "join a warzone" gal

Honestly i heard someone complain that Deadlock does not have any ward-like item and i created a whole character on that idea :]

Please do say what you think of the whole concept, abilities, design and everything! And I am willing to answer any questions about her, ofc ^^

Also kit page formatting is heavilly inspired by Roman The Paper Boy Concept whom im a big fan of!
 
There has been so much good feedback on reddit about the abilities that i think i am going to redesign her kit later btw, so stay tuned for updates!
Also i'll have to make a general refsheet too when i have time since it has been brought to my attention that her gun has more images made about it than herself :')
 
Really fun concept thematically, and I like the idea of a hero with vision mechanics. You said its based off observer wards but does it also act like sentries?

Also really love the Billy = Arin conspiracy, and her hiring pocket to aid her search

One more thing, could her ult be considered a veil, thus giving people who run through it veil walker and other veil related affects?
 
i love her kit a lot, she seems to have a very different playstyle from other characters which i enjoy a lot in hero ideas.

the main improvements i could say is about her visual design, i love her having the red strings on her because she's a super conspiracy theorist, but maybe her aspect of being one could be exaggerated more visually? like a messier, coffee stained shirt, a worse hunch-backed posture, or like some heavy eye bags. i think it'd improve the feel of her design a lot and make her more "deadlock"-y

other than that i REALLY love her gun its super unique and perfect for her

I totally agree on that! Deadlock really pushes their designs to the max, so i did try too

She actually has quite the eyebags and is hunchbacked but seems like they got lost within rendering/posing, unfortunatelly :') I'll need to make it clearer later, thank you for telling me
Coffee stains on shirts is a very good idea, i'll be sure to add it in with my next refsheet!
 
i loveeee the design and how much effort you put into this, i just feel like she barely has any damage output, all her skills are support. what i like about deadlock is even the support/tanky characters can carry and have good damage output. her ult also heavily depends on the team. for a character who shows conviction and independence, the skills you gave her dont do her justice except web of lies.

I think the cameras are just for vision but someone on reddit suggested that it could apply some CC on activation on everyone in its vision, like a flash that stuns for 2 seconds and applies slow or something. I really want to lean into her being a support but maybe it can deal damage too if her kit will need it :)

Thank you! Yeah, in not that good at balancing kits :')
I do think that she could rely a lot on her gun, maybe even scaling damage with spirit would be on-theme for her, but yeah, i totally agree, maybe giving cameras/ulti some damage would be nice later
