[Hero Concept] St. Nicholas

You all know him, you all love him. St. Nicholas has come to the town of Manhattan to deliver gifts to all the boys and girls of New York, but not to the naughty ones!

Inspirations: The supports of Deadlock, Zigs (LoL), Ornn (LoL)

St. Nicholas is a heavy duty support akin to Dynamo and Kelvin, boasting high health totals to sustain his supporting kit. Being the gift giver that he is, what's a better gift than an enhanced item? Or a pleasant, festive treat?

He's in his classic red and white, sporting his iconic hat and black books. He wears a long coat that reaches past his knees and some warm red snow pants. His beard is long and nappy, his cheeks red from the cold. His sleeves are rolled up, showing some experienced forearms covered in thick white hair. Black, fingerless wool mits wrap around his hands, battered by his work.

After the first Maelstrom, St. Nicholas has been getting to work, delivering all the presents the children have wished for for years. However, a matter of upmost importance has put him into an out-of-season job: The rising of the Patrons. Now what could be his wish in the ritual? To fix his sleigh, of course. Manhattan didn't take kindly to his ride once the Astral Gate opened, causing it to crash and burn. The reindeer made it out safely, but the sleigh is in ruins. His wish is to fix the sleigh so he can return to the North Pole and prepare for Christmas!

In gameplay terms, St. Nicholas is a tank with a simple gameplan: bring gifts and happiness to your allies and punish the naughty opposition. With AoE burst damage, a portable shop capable of enhancing items, and giving his team snowglobe shields that retaliate with a chilling surprise! And for the naughty kids, he's got some help...

Weapon: Snowball Fight!
Ammo: 12
M1: Throws a snowball. Fast bullet velocity, but low damage.
M2: Throws a large snowball overhead. Explodes in AoE upon contact. Will roll and increase in size and damage it not obstructed.

Melee: A dusting of snow, like pocket sand.
Heavy Melee: He pulls out a large candy cane and hacks them with it.

Ability 1: Bundle Of Joy!
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Description: St. Nicholas Throws a tightly wrapped bundle of present forward. When making contact with an enemy or surface, the twine snaps, letting all 10 gift boxes loose into a circular spirit AoE. Enemies hit by the bundle are slowed by 15% and have their healing reduced by -10% The smaller gift boxes only deal damage.
T1- 10 second cooldown reduction
T2- 5% added healing reduction. Small presents now apply -5% slow to unaffected victims (Only slows if the bundle missed them.)
T3- 10m throw range increase, bundle hit now stuns.

Ability 2: Fragile Snowglobe
Cooldown: 45 seconds
Description: St. Nicholas applies a barrier to a specified ally. The barrier acts similarly to Celeste's, retaliating once broken into AoE spirit damage. The explosion will apply a 30% slow and will freeze the enemy, not allowing their stamina to regenerate. Can be self-cast.
T1- Increased Barrier scaling, increased cast distance
T2- increased damage on explosion, additional 10% slow.
T3- Double's barrier health, enables an additional barrier burst at half barrier health (blows up twice before broken)

Ability 3: Gift Exchange
Cooldown: 210 seconds
Description: St. Nicholas brings out his gift bag, opening a temporary, mobile shop. Ability can be alt-cast to instead enhance an item of the receiving player's choice. Base level only lets you enhance a Tier I item. Only one item may be enhanced at one time per player. Upon gifted player's death, the enhancement reverts, making the item normal again.
T1- Allows Tier 2 enhancement
T2- Allows Tier 3 enhancement
T3- Allows Tier 4 enhancement, Allows you to enhance your own items.

Ability 4: The Naughty List
Cooldown: 300, unaffected by refresher/cooldown reduction
Description: St. Nicholas starts writing names in the Naughty List. The ability is in two parts.

*Passive: When an opponent deals damage to a player within range of St. Nicholas, himself included, half of their damage dealt will be applied to themselves as Naughtiness. Naughtiness is displayed to St. Nicholas above the enemies health bar in bright red numbers. Caps at 1,000. Can be dispelled by Dispel Magic

*Active: St. Nicholas selects a player with Naughtiness. When selected, target opponent will be cursed by Krampus, making them take damage equal to accumulated Naughtiness. This damage is true and cannot be resisted. Can be blocked by barrier and Counter Spell.
T1- Active cast applies Curse for 1.5 seconds.
T2- Naughtiness cap increased to 3,000
T3- Active cast redistributes health in 20m to damaged allies based on Naughtiness. Deminishing returns with more players nearby.

In short, St. Nicholas is a frontline support with several tools to aid his team play-wise and stat-wise while also being able to hinder players that pose major threats. With his Holly Jolly attitude, your team is sure to have a good time completing the ritual.
