[Hero Concept] Slaps, the Graffiti Gangster

With a world plastered with graffiti and tags, who do you think is the one behind it all?
Slaps is a hit and run type character, blasting down enemies with his Primer and blocking off an area, using his Make a Break for it to escape enemies, pinning enemies with his Marked passive, and exploding into team fights with his Gravitas Graffiti, inhibiting any within it's range.


I will note, I am no artist nor balancer! I just really like this concept and hope someday it could be put into Deadlock in any form.

Cool concept!

Needs to be able to paint open a tunnel in a wall that cuts off when an enemy tries to go through!

I think this character needs to be able to tag walls and floors with a paint trap.
