[HERO CONCEPT] Scuba-Diver Adventurer - Unbound by Terrain

It's been a long time since my last hero idea, I just wanted to share an idea I've been having based around the diving suits of early 1900s! I was inspired a bit after playing a bit of BioShock and fascination with underwater mysteries surrounding the bottom of the ocean, though with gameplay, I've been always been curious on what if you could have a character based around piercing through terrain(like Cabot from the Evolve series) and the dopamine rush of just hitting someone off of a predicted shot, I figured in Deadlock, it would be an interesting way to make a simplistic, yet fun-feeling way to have a fun time with, even while building weapon items!

(really badly writtne) Rough Lore: A young childhood filled with the fascinations of marine life, the oceans would become much more enticing to learn about after the first maelstrom changed the world. This diver, with the help of some modestly rich friends, would craft the suit to explore and discover the likes of mermaids, psychic anemones and many more mythical creatures belonging to the sea, with the documentation garnering themselves a name in the world as the a mystical underwater explorer. Eventually, the diver seemed to come across what to them, was an ocean beneath the sea floor, an ocean of indescribable colors, sounds, sensations and whatever seemed to be there was whispering in their ear, long after being pulled back into the surface. The curiosity lead to them going back down multiple times, just listening for as long as the oxygen in their tank permits, but it eventually turned into an obsession. The words the ocean promised endless discoveries beneath itself and with it, a way to invigorate the surface to have the drive to explore beneath the waters like they do, but has recently fell silent. The diver grew mad with the growing quietness, they spent all this time listening and preparing to dive deeper into the second ocean, but now it left them with no more answers, no more whispers. Yet with the second maelstrom and the battle between the two patrons, they find themselves ready to do whatever is required of them so as to finally explore this deeper ocean and gain the knowledge that was promised to them.

Gameplay: This'll be a really short write up of the abilities, mostly because I'm not so good with determining numbers for a healthy gameplay feel. Their gameplay is still mostly simplistic and easy to pick up, while being enjoyable to use(hopefully).

Weapon: Torpedo Gun
Fires torpedos at high speeds, but arc down after traveling. Can headshot and is able to zoom in.

Ability 1: Sonar Spike
Diver hurls a Sonar Spike that attaches to a wall, floor, ceiling or enemy hit for a few seconds, dealing spirit damage to enemies hit directly by it. The Sonar Spike produces a sweeping scan around itself that reveals an outline of any enemy or breakables briefly.
Upgrade 1 increases the duration of the Sonar Spike, Upgrade 2 grants the Sonar Spike increased sweeping range, and Upgrade 3 grants increased spirit damage dealt and stuns the target briefly.

Ability 2: Unbreached
Diver fortifies their diving suit to grant Unstoppable and their Heavy Melees increased distance for a few seconds.
Upgrade 1 reduces the cooldown, Upgrade 2 grants bonus Bullet and Spirit resistance during the duration, and Upgrade 3 grants a Barrier that scales with missing health at the time of activation during the duration

Ability 3: Torpedo Drill
Diver fires a empowered torpedo that deals weapon damage and can headshot, but when hitting a surface, will drill through after a brief moment to fire outside the other side with increased projectile speed and damage. Can drill up to 2 times and the bonus projectile speed and damage stacks.
Upgrade 1 adds 1 charge, Upgrade 2 increases both damage and the damage bonus from drilling through surfaces, and Upgrade 3 grants it bonus spirit damage that scales with target's missing health and allows it to pierce through enemies hit.

Ability 4/Ult: Tremors
Diver slams their foot onto the ground, causing the ground the erupt in a line that travels throughout the map(the length would be from Midboss-Entrance to the end of Midboss' Pit) and enemies caught in it are knocked up, stunned and take spirit damage. The ground then becomes shaky for the next few seconds, causing enemies and allies in it to have reduced movement speed and stamina recovery while in it.
Upgrade 1 causes enemies hit by it to also lose Bullet Resistance for a few seconds, Upgrade 2 increases the length and width of the eruption, and Upgrade 3 causes enemies hit to lose 2 Stamina and allies no longer have reduced movement speed/stamina recovery while in it.
