Originally an "Evil Priest" character, but with the rumored Priest character in the works, this would probably need a change. Imagine Jack from Madworld/Anarchy Reigns in a pastor's robe with a chainsaw on his back.

Switch to your chainsaw and look for a fight, becoming unable to shoot. You may cast again on an enemy hero to force them to fight you. Fighters can only melee, and can be affected by those outside the fight. Winning the fight provides a permanent +5 Spirit Power and +5% Weapon Damage.
