A Deadlock oc concept i Did , because having a retrosaur would be fire in game (my friend
@EJ_2_u helped me with the abilities ideas and balancing)
i made two whole pages for the abilities and design but i don't mind seeing other ideas so we can make him cooler
and here's his stats for ppl that want to give their opinion and what would fit better for him
Perry Abilities
Health: 720

Increased Air Mobility
Ability 1: Baiting Net
Perry throws a net. It flies at a similar velocity as Rem's pillow. When hit, it prevents use of stamina and slows for a short time. Deals 30 spirit damage. Cooldown of 26 seconds.
Upgrade 1: Decreased cooldown by 10 seconds
Upgrade 2: +30 damage and increased radios by 2 meters.
Upgrade 3: Prevents all movement based abilities. It will linger on the ground for 2 seconds before disappearing.
Ability 2: Tyrant Tracking
Perry fires loads a tracking bullet. This bullet deals slightly more gun damage. When tracking dart lands it highlights players for 5 seconds and they can be seen behind walls. Cooldown of 32 seconds.
Upgrade 1: +1 ability charge
Upgrade 2: Highlighted enemies take +20% more spirit damage for the duration of tracking.
Upgrade 3: +5 second duration, and decreased movement speed of target by 2m.
Ability 3: A Meal N A Tool
Perry always keeps a meal on hand. Eating a can of beans that restores health over time for a total of 250 health over a time of 20 seconds. He must stand still to eat it for 3 seconds. He can throw the can at teammates to health them for half. He can be interrupted while eating the beans by doing high burst damage. Cooldown is 30 seconds after eating, and interruption cooldown is 40 seconds.
Upgrade 1: -10 second cooldown
Upgrade 2: Healing now scales with spirit
Upgrade 3: When interrupted while eating, gain increased bullet damage by 15%
Ability 4: Big Bertha
Perry flies high into the air. Attaching his barrel extension on his gun. This extension fires all his ammunition's in a cone. 120 pellets that deal 50 gun damage.
Upgrade 1: +30 pellets
Upgrade 2: Bullets now ricochet 2 times
Upgrade 3: Bullets now explode on contact with enemies or after all ricochets. Explosions deal 50 spirit damage.
