Not strictly noir, but I had the idea for a cloud hero and thought it would be fun.

- Lightning strike doesn't give you height, it makes you hover like Pocket 1.
- The light melee on Rain Shield launches a ranged projectile.
- Twister release doesn't bring enemies up with you (but that could be an upgrade?).
- He still has to walk/run/jump as normal, the floating is just a fun pose.
