Basic design and art drawing.
Basically the hero has four arms and shoots from his hands like Infernus - bullets were designed to be spread, just to be different from Infernus.
The gun was able to alt-fire and all hands would point towards the crosshair. Otherwise the guns shoot in all 4 directions.
The abilities are generic, and definitely swapped for something more fitting.
